Sponsor Campaign Guidelines

 

Full 20-foot or 40-foot containers only

Maximum of 10 WCE Partners participating at one time

WCE adds 15% fund raising fee to final 1/3 of sourcing and shipping costs

WCE volunteers take 3-4 months to raise final 1/3 of sourcing and shipping costs

WCE ships within 4-5 months from Campaign's start

Required before Campaign begins:
  • Partner provides WCE with a letter of commitment from a Rotary Club in their country
  • Partners wires WCE 2/3 of total sourcing & shipping costs
  • Partner provides WCE with a story with digital pictures of youth who will benefit
  • Partner provides WCE with a report on any prior shipment
